We transformed this expansive Colonial Revival residence in Winchester by reconfiguring key spaces and introducing a more functional and contemporary design language throughout. The kitchen became the focal point of the first floor with a fully reimagined layout, dual coloured countertops, full height Neolith backsplashes and a dark grey leathered island detailed with a three inch edge. A new step in pantry now serves as a purposeful room divider that strengthens the flow between the kitchen, back hall and bar.

The basement gym and recreation room were updated to improve usability while preserving their generous scale. On the second floor, we created an entirely new secondary primary suite. Exceptional custom cabinetry defines the suite, including a high gloss red feature cabinet, a central island and integrated storage that forms a refined architectural separation between the bedroom and walk in closet. A new Jack and Jill guest bathroom was also introduced, bringing improved function and cohesion to the guest spaces.

Throughout the home, carefully selected fixtures, fittings and furnishings elevate each room while reinforcing the architectural character. The completed renovation enhances comfort, clarity and everyday usability, resulting in a sophisticated and highly functional family residence.
