This private Dedham estate underwent a comprehensive transformation that balanced tradition with contemporary comfort. We reimagined key interior spaces, beginning with the creation of a new library den and a refined dining room enveloped in silk walls and tailored drapery. The first floor also received an expansive contemporary farm style kitchen and a renewed powder room that complements the home’s formal and informal gathering spaces.

Several guest bathrooms were redesigned to elevate function and finish quality. A new primary suite was introduced, featuring a vaulted ceiling, central fireplace and his and hers closets that bring scale and serenity to the upper floor.

Beyond the main house, the estate was further enhanced with a new pool and pool house, designed as an extension of the interior aesthetic, and a renovated barn building whose second floor was transformed into a dedicated bar and recreation space for entertaining and game days.
