We transformed this Cambridge home into a living art gallery, where each space serves as a curated canvas for design, colour and personal expression. The sitting room sets the tone with vibrant energy, featuring mid century classics such as Barcelona chairs and a Como sectional. These sculptural pieces are grounded by a striking gallery wall that brings movement and personality into the space.

The staircase becomes an architectural showcase. Oversized artwork lines the ascent, creating a vertical gallery that connects the living levels and turns a daily transition into an engaging visual experience.

The primary suite continues the artistic narrative with a serene monochrome palette inspired by the client’s photographic collection. A custom walnut bookcase displays treasured pieces and introduces warmth to the room’s refined simplicity. Every corner reflects a considered balance between design and personal meaning.

This project received an IDA Honorable Mention, recognising its cohesive concept and the thoughtful integration of art throughout the home. The result is a sophisticated residence that celebrates creativity while remaining inviting and comfortable for everyday living.
