We transformed this Georgian Colonial in Brookline through a complete gut renovation that introduced new infrastructure, refined architectural detailing and updated spaces throughout the home. The project included a new mudroom, kitchen, craft room, six full bathrooms and a powder room, along with full window restoration and the repair of multiple original chimneys. A two story extension created a light filled breakfast room on the first floor and expanded the primary bathroom above.

The redesigned kitchen and family room now form an open and functional centre for daily living, supported by custom cabinetry, improved circulation and a calm, cohesive palette. Formal living and dining rooms were refreshed to highlight the home’s classic character while integrating modern comfort.

Upstairs, the primary suite was reimagined as a serene retreat with an expanded bathroom and his and hers walk in closets. Additional bedrooms each received ensuite bathrooms to enhance privacy and convenience.
