Summer is underway and we are working on the rooftop terrace at our Berkeley Street Penthouse project. This incredible space has approximately 1,400 sq. ft. of limitless potential we can't wait to see transformed!
Our goal is to create an incredible outdoor entertaining oasis, including an exterior kitchen, dining area, lounging zone, fabulous relaxing living room complete with water features and an array of plants. Check out our layout below.
LAYOUT CONCEPT
Our first step in transforming this space is installing all-new floors with Trex decking, to ensure long-lasting quality in the years to come. The color we selected for the deck is called, “Island Mist”, its silver-tone and grainy texture mimics the natural weathered look of driftwood.
The overall color scheme for this space is neutral and earthy with lots of plants to bring life to the space.
FINISHES
We can't wait for the rooftop terrace to be complete so the client can truly enjoy the space and its incredible view overlooks Boston’s Back Bay.
Likewise, our client is very excited to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on her soon to be new and improved modern rooftop terrace!
